Just tell us which property you are interested in and the terms you would like, cash, 20% down, etc. We will prepare the necessary paper work for the purchase contract and get escrow started. What you receive
A “Grant Deed” document will be recorded in the buyer’s name. The title will be transferred into your name and an Owner’s Title insurance will be provided to you at our expense. The entire buying process can be completed in 30 to 45 days. Buyer to pay half of the escrow fees.

The balance due will be included in a promissory note and deed of trust at an interest rate of between 10% and 7% depending on how much down payment is paid for up to 12 years.
